Guacamole

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 to 4 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tomato, diced (optional)
Preparation:
1. Cut avocado in half. Remove the core.
2. Take the flesh from the avocado with a spoon and place in a bowl. Crush the flesh with a fork.
3. Add lemon juice and mix well. Add sour cream and mix again. Add diced tomato to the mixture if desired.
4. Serve with tortilla chips or raw vegetables.
