Italian Kaiser

Ingredients:
- 2 roasted red peppers
- 4 pieces of sundried tomatoes in oil
- 3 tablespoons black olives, sliced (a few more for garnish)
- 2 garlic flowers (or 2 scallions or 1 to 2 cloves garlic)
- 16 to 20 cooked asparagus
- 4 kaiser rolls
- Margarine
- 3 slices of veggie turkey
Preparation:
1. Place in blender roasted peppers, sundried tomatoes, black olives and garlic flowers. Mix well.
2. Spread margerine inside kaisers. Place slices of veggie turkey inside. Add a quarter of grilled peppers mixture.
3. Garnish with asparagus and some black olives. Repeat for other 3 Kaisers.
For the Lunch Box: Prepare the morning to prevent kaisers from getting soggy
