Spicy Tofu with Olives

A delicious spicy tofu

Ingredients :

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 yellow peppers, diced
- 3 zucchinis, half-moons cut
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 block (454 g) firm tofu, diced
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 2 pinches of black pepper
- 2 pinches cayenne pepper
- 3 tbsp tamari
- Green olives sliced, to taste

Preparation:

1. Sauté vegetables in olive oil about 5 minutes. Pour into a bowl and set aside.

2. Mix tofu with turmeric, paprika, pepper, cayenne pepper and tamari. In the same pan as the vegetables, fry the tofu until golden brown. Add olive oil as needed.

3. Serve tofu, vegetables and olives on rice, couscous or quinoa.
