Walnuts Crusty Salmon

The walnuts provide added crunch and charm to this quickly prepared dish.
Ingredients :
- 454 g of frozen salmon fillets
- Olive oil
- 1/2 cup walnuts, ground or finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 small pinch of cayenne
Preparation:
1. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl to form the "crumbs".
3. Coat each fillet with crumbs.
4. Place fillets in a baking dish for 20 minutes at 450 degrees Fahrenheit (do not cover).
Serve with rice and steamed vegetables or salad.
