Seaweeds are a treasure from the sea to our health, and this colorful and tasteful salad allows us to appreciate the benefits.

Ingredients:

- 25 g (about 1 cup) dried algae Arame
- 2 cups red cabbage, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup fresh or frozen corn, thawed
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 green onion, chopped

- 1 / 2 cup water
- 1 / 4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp of tahini (sesame butter)
- 1 tbsp maple sirup
- 1 tbsp (or more to taste) of tamari sauce or Bragg

Preparation:

1. Soak seaweed in water for at least 15 minutes. Well drain and rinse. Press algae in a sieve to remove as much liquid as possible.

2. Mix all the seaweed, cabbage, carrots, corn, red pepper and green onion in a large bowl and mix well.

3. Place water, lemon juice, tahini, tamari and honey in a small bowl to form the dressing and whisk well. Add dressing to salad ingredients and toss gently.

4. Let marinate in refrigerator several hours to let flavors well blended.

This salad is even more delicious the next day.
