Ingredients:
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 2 mangoes, diced
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 / 2 or more to taste arugula, chopped
- 1 / 2 cup mango juice
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 5-6 fresh basil leaves, chopped
Preparation:
1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
We can also combine all ingredients except the arugula and serve on a bed of arugula.
