A slight variation on traditional hummus for the palate!
Ingredients:
- 1 can (540 ml) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp organic canola oil
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp tahini (sesame butter)
- 1 tbsp unpasteurized apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
- 2 tbsp fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients in food processor.
Serve with crackers and cherry tomatoes.
