Ingredients:
- 1 spaghetti squash
- 1 ½ to 2 cups white sauce
- 1 can (227 g) tuna, drained
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated (optional)
- 1 leek, chopped
Preparation:
1. Prick squash several times with a fork or sharp knife to let steam escape. Cook in microwave on high power, 10 minutes or until squash is soft, turning it after 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
2. Cut squash in half, remove seeds and set aside for grilling in the future. Separate squash into strands.
3. Combine white sauce, tuna, cheddar and leeks. Pour pumpkin sauce with tuna.
