Cheese sticks

The crispy cheese sticks, cheaper and healthier than those you find at the grocery store!
Ingredients:
- Mozzarella or cheddar (or any other cheese)
- 1 egg beaten
- Flour
- Bread crumbs (seasoned if desired)
- Pasta sauce, heated and / or ranch dressing
Preparation:
1. Heat the grill. Sprinkle a baking sheet with foil.
2. Cut the cheese slices to a thickness of 1 cm. Cut each slice (as desired) into sticks 1 inch wide by 5 cm in length or 2 triangles.
3. Coat the pieces of cheese with flour.
4. Then dip them in egg and coat with breadcrumbs. Repeat this step 2 times. Ensure that all sides are covered with breadcrumbs so that the cheese cannot escape. Place on the baking sheet.
5. Heat under broiler, 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese softens. Serve immediately with sauce of your choice.
You can freeze the remaining sticks once cooked. To do this, wrap portions in foil and place in a freezer bag. To reheat, open the foil and cook about 15 minutes at 350-375 ° F.
