Home made Brushetta

Servings: 3 to 4
Ingredients:
- 4 large tomatoes, peeled, cored and cut into small pieces
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon basil or some fresh basil leaves, chopped finely
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar or white wine vinegar
- Seasoned Salt (Herbamare style or salt-o-plants) and pepper
Preparation:
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Excellent on slices of baguette bread or a tortilla bowl with black beans a la Bruschetta.
