A very simple recipe that enhances the taste of fresh asparagus.

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

- 1 bunch of asparagus
(about 1 lb)
- 4 tsp olive oil or other
- 1 pinch of aromatic sea salt
- Tarragon to taste
- Food yeast to taste

Preparation:

1. Cut the tough ends of asparagus. Place asparagus on a baking sheet.

2. Combine oil, salt and tarragon. Coat the asparagus with oil mixture.

3. Bake at 425 ° F for 10 minutes. The asparagus should be crisp and golden. Before serving, sprinkle with food yeast.
