Millet patties

Delicious little patties with a delicate taste.
Servings: 8 to 10 patties
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked millet
- 1 cup sunflower seeds, ground
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons tamari
- 2 tablespoons of tahini (sesame butter)
- Sea salt and aromatic pepper
- ¾ cup breadcrumbs (more or less)
- Grapeseed oil
Preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients. Add breadcrumbs until the mixture has the texture of hamburger. Make 8 to 10 patties with the mixture.
2. Brown both sides in a skillet with oil or place in the oven for 20 minutes at 350°F.
You can serve these patties with béchamel sauce with mustard, accompanied by vegetables.
